Eye Chart Drill
The Eye Chart Drill will help to increase your peripheral vision and your and your awareness, perceptio
and intuition levels.
INSTRUCTIONS: (Frequency: 3 - 4 times, daily, at different times; no more than 3 - 4 times dailv). Hold the Eye Chart at eye level and at a comfortable distance out from your eyes. ln your field of visio be aware of the eye chart and also what is around it. Do not stare only at the eye chart but make sure is in your field of vision. Start with eyes looking at the top, just BE AWARE of the outer edges of the eye chart. Let your eyes move down then up quicklv and smoothly. Be very aware of the outer edge and be sure to keep your eyes moving down and up to a fast count of 1-2-3- for down and 1-2-3 back up
Keep your eyes from zigzagging; move the eyes straight down and up. Start with size #1, repeat the dri 3 or 4 times. Do the same thing with sizes #2, #3, and #4, being aware of the four corners at all time
Now go back to the size #1.
